Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as recognized by ASHA
  • State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Oklahoma required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for fostering student success in inclusive settings
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred, though not required

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy to students as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), both individually and in groups
  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and formal assessments
  • Develop treatment plans and document student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support academic and social achievement
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary consultations
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and mentorship as a CFY
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs
