Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Completion of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and intent to pursue ASHA certification
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability when navigating school environments
• Passion for helping children overcome communication barriers
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech/language screenings, assessments, and therapy to K-12 students under supervision
• Develop individualized treatment plans with input from mentors and school teams
• Maintain timely, accurate records of progress and session notes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
• Embrace ongoing learning with feedback and mentorship from experienced SLPs
