Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
• Current eligibility for Illinois SLP licensure
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Compassionate, collaborative, and ready to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Previous experience with children or schools is an advantage, but not required

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Delivering direct therapy to students individually and in groups
• Maintaining thorough and timely documentation
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Participating in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development
