Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Current eligibility for Illinois SLP licensure
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Compassionate, collaborative, and ready to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience with children or schools is an advantage, but not required
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Delivering direct therapy to students individually and in groups
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Participating in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development
