Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
  • Eligibility for North Carolina licensure and ASHA certification (CFY status)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for working with children in elementary, middle, or high school settings
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with feedback from supervising SLPs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized intervention plans for students with speech/language needs
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services, both individually and in small groups
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding student progress and strategies
  • Attend and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to student progress reports
