Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Eligibility for (or in the process of obtaining) a Washington SLP license
- Completion of all necessary graduate practicum requirements
- Passion for supporting school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language and hearing screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team assessments, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive and engaging therapy environment for students

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.00 to $52.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
