Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Eligibility for or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) requirements
  • Provisional state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to work with diverse student populations in school settings
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a team-oriented atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and plan individualized treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Provide direct therapy sessions according to student IEPs and established goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, other specialists, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and contribute to educational planning
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities and pre-licensure supervision
