Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Provisional state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for working with children and young adults from diverse backgrounds
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with educators and parents
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide both individual and small group therapy sessions tailored to students unique needs
  • Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents to maximize student progress
