Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- State licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure before starting
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- A passion for working with diverse student populations in a collaborative environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students as specified in their IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
- Conduct assessments to determine speech, language, and communication needs
- Participate in the development and review of IEPs
- Monitor student progress and maintain thorough records and documentation
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to meet CFY requirements
