This position is designed for those pursuing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a vibrant and collaborative school environment near Lowell, MA.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for or current Massachusetts SLP licensure
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a varied student caseload, addressing communication, articulation, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Conduct assessments, develop goals, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate session notes and thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and review
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student progress
