Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or current Massachusetts SLP licensure
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and supporting diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a varied student caseload, addressing communication, articulation, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Conduct assessments, develop goals, and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate session notes and thorough documentation
• Collaborate closely with students, teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning and review
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student progress
