Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or possession of state licensure (or credentials to begin Clinical Fellowship year)
• Strong clinical experience with pediatric populations and a genuine commitment to supporting childrens communicative development
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide direct therapy services targeting communication disorders, articulation, language delays, and other needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship
