Step into an impactful school-based role providing direct support and speech language services to students across multiple campuses in West Palm Beach, FL. A full-time, contract opportunity is available for Speech Language Pathologists - Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF), with supervision provided to support your CFY journey. Youll work on-site, collaborating with school teams and positively influencing the lives of children and adolescents.
What youll bring:
- Active Florida Provisional SLP License issued by the Department of Health
- Ability to complete fingerprinting per Florida Department of Health, or verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse if previously fingerprinted in a Florida school district
- Availability for full-time hours (35 per week, 7 per day) throughout the 2026-27 academic year
- Passion for working with preK-12 students, with adaptability to serve varying age groups and caseload sizes
- Eagerness to learn and contribute as an SLP-CF, with supervision and mentorship provided
- Commitment to on-site presence (not open to virtual work) and flexibility to support multiple school locations within the county
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services per IEPs across assigned student caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the goal-setting process
- Engage in regular professional development and clinical supervision sessions
