Job Description

Were seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join a dedicated team providing contract services for the academic year. In this role, youll work closely with experienced colleagues and receive the mentorship you need to complete your clinical fellowship successfully.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and state licensure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children reach their potential
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other related service professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screen students for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services individually and in groups
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date records
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and help shape student objectives
  • Engage in professional development and take full advantage of mentorship opportunities
