Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligibility for or possession of Kansas SLP license (or ability to obtain)
• ASHA Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
• Strong passion for working with children in educational settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions to students following IEP guidelines
• Develop individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports as required by school policies
• Attend IEP meetings and participate in student evaluations
• Communicate goals and progress with parents and caregivers in a supportive, compassionate manner
• Receive ongoing mentorship and feedback from a certified SLP supervisor
