Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents across a diverse student population
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Passion for facilitating student success through individualized communication goals
- Temporary or pending licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (as required by state regulations)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with varying needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services focused on student growth and measurable outcomes
- Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Engage in parent and teacher conferences to provide updates and recommendations
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaboration with other therapists
