This contract position provides an excellent opportunity for Clinical Fellows (CFY) to gain hands-on experience while making a positive impact on childrens lives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for SLP-CFY supervision and licensure in Idaho
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for working with school-aged children
- Interest in collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
- Eagerness to learn and embrace feedback
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students with speech-language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports per school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and other professionals
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as part of your CFY
