Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Eligibility for SLP-CFY supervision and licensure in Idaho
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working with school-aged children
• Interest in collaborating with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
• Eagerness to learn and embrace feedback

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech-language needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports per school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and other professionals
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as part of your CFY
