Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) and working towards ASHA certification
- Current or eligibility for state licensure in Montana
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Experience or practicum in school-based settings preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services
- Document progress and maintain accurate records following district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and attend IEP meetings
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required for CFY
