Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY); recent graduates welcome
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services, monitoring student progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation for compliance
- Engage in professional development and supervision as part of your Clinical Fellowship Year
