• Eligibility for or current Michigan SLP licensure

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff
• Ability to maintain detailed records and manage a varied caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer consultative support, strategies, and resources for student success within the classroom
• Track student progress and document ongoing intervention and outcomes
• Attend team and parent meetings, contributing professional insight and advocacy for students
• Pursue ongoing professional development through supervision, mentorship, and training sessions
