A contracted Speech-Language Pathologist in their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) position is available in Fort Pierce, FL, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This role offers an excellent opportunity to apply and enhance your clinical skills in a supportive school environment with a structured 37.5-hour workweek spread across five days.
Qualifications:
- Must possess valid Florida SLP-CFY credentials and certifications.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for school settings.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students.
- Develop and provide therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor student growth and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
