Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current or pending licensure in Oregon as an SLP-CFY
  • Passion for working with children and young adults with diverse communication needs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain ongoing, thorough documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff collaborations, and parent communications as needed
  • Actively engage in mentorship experiences, building on your clinical skills and professional development
