Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for or in the process of obtaining Alaska state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with experienced SLP mentors
- Genuine commitment to working with children and diverse student populations
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies based on individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and intervention services under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Develop individualized treatment plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings
- Engage in ongoing professional development throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year
