Candidates will thrive if they bring:
- A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending state licensure (Oregon) and eligibility for the Clinical Fellowship Year
- Passion for working with school-aged children in diverse settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and progress monitoring
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Conducting assessments and contributing to IEP planning and meetings
- Collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers to implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participating in professional development and accepting guidance from your CFY supervisor
