Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for or possession of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status
  • Ready to obtain or currently hold appropriate state licensure for speech-language pathology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for supporting children of diverse backgrounds and abilities
  • Previous experience in schools, pediatric settings, or relevant internships valued, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and district guidelines
  • Assess, diagnose, and document students speech and language needs
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and special education teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
  • Engage in ongoing supervision and mentorship to achieve full SLP licensure upon completing the CFY
