Job Description

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Current or pending state licensure for SLP- CFY
  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and adaptability
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine appropriate therapy needs
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
  • Deliver progress reports and maintain clear documentation
  • Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to address student needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision as required for CFY completion
