Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and state licensure
  • Strong interest in pediatrics and school-based therapy
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn, accept feedback, and contribute creatively

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Provide assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with varied communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in school meetings, professional development, and outreach activities
