Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and state SLP licensure
  • Strong foundational knowledge in speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Collaborative spirit and flexibility to adapt to diverse learning settings
  • Experience in schools or with pediatric populations (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions individually and in small groups
  • Develop and track individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom staff and families
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
  • Communicate regularly with students, teachers, and families to support generalization of skills across settings
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a team-based approach for student support
