Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Ohio state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for working in a school-based environment with diverse student populations

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop student-centered treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate progress documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support each students growth
• Educate students and staff about strategies to support communication and language goals
