Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Ohio state licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Passion for working in a school-based environment with diverse student populations
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and help develop student-centered treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support each students growth
- Educate students and staff about strategies to support communication and language goals
