Preferred Qualifications
- Active California SLP license required
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- CCC-SLP or SLPA credential highly desirable
- Experience in schools, pediatrics, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to student-centered practice
Role Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy services for a diverse caseload
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to the IEP process
- Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain compliance with all required paperwork
- Participate in paid team meetings and collaborative planning
- Travel between assigned schools as necessary, with travel time compensated
- Engage in professional development and training opportunities as provided
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and district staff to maximize student success
