Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as per ASHA requirements
- Previous clinical experience with school-aged children through internships or practica preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse learning profiles
- Reliable organizational skills for documentation and caseload management

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and set measurable goals for students
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and written reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers to maximize student success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff training as required
- Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and adapt resources as needed
- Pursue ongoing professional development and accept constructive feedback to progress toward full CCC-SLP certification
