Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid California SLP license required
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY), SLPs with CCC, and SLPAs
- Background in pediatric care, school-based, or healthcare settings preferred
- Experience or comfort with teletherapy is a plus
- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students according to IEP goals
- Complete required assessments, reporting, and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with district requirements
- Provide supervision to SLPAs if applicable; receive supervision for CFY or SLPA as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and district teams to drive student success
- Participate in training sessionsonboarding support and professional development provided
This contract role offers you a full-time schedule during the school year, with potential opportunities for extended school year (ESY) work. The district utilizes a caseload model that supports practitioner growth while emphasizing student-centered care.
