Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Eligibility for or current Montana SLP licensure
• Completion of required graduate coursework and practicum
• Strong motivation to work with children and adolescents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Professional enthusiasm for learning and growing in a school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision
• Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes according to school policy
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff development opportunities
• Receive clinical mentorship and supervision as required for CFY completion
