What you bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and state licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for helping school-aged children overcome speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists
  • Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Your impact:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and speech disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in partnership with teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual or group settings
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and document services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support educational planning
  • Communicate regularly with parents and staff to support student development
