Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for, or actively pursuing, Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively with students, educators, and families
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and state educational standards (preferred)
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to monitor student progress
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for student records and IEP meetings
- Participate in meetings to discuss strategies and support for student success
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision with a certified SLP
