Step into a rewarding contract role where youll play a key part in helping students reach their communication potential. Multiple openings are available for Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CF) for the coming school year. Placements are onsite within a large, supportive school district with a variety of age groups and flexible assignments based on campus needs.

Supervision is provided for Clinical Fellows, ensuring an excellent foundation as you start your professional journey in speech-language pathology. Hours are full-time, with a 35-hour-per-week schedule (7 hours per day) from August through the end of May. While specific campuses and caseloads may vary, youll receive your assignment and age group based on availability and fit. Please note: Onsite roles onlyvirtual placements are not available.

What Youll Need:

• Active Florida provisional SLP license (Department of Health)
• Commitment to initiate required fingerprinting (or verify with form if previously completed for FL school districts)
• Eligibility for an internal suitability interview and video conversation
• Enthusiasm to serve diverse student populations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Work under the guidance of experienced supervisors for Clinical Fellows
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support each students success
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed
