Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine interest in working within a school setting and supporting students from diverse backgrounds
• Capability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with IEP processes and relevant documentation a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic skills
• Administer evaluations and collaborate in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment plans
• Partner with teachers, families, and other school staff to promote successful communication for every student
• Participate in parent conferences and team meetings as required
