Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or pending state licensure (or eligibility for temporary licensure as a Clinical Fellow)
  • Completion of required SLP graduate coursework and practicum
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents in a school setting
  • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations under supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding student progress
  • Receive dedicated supervision and mentorship throughout the CFY experience
