Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
  • Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status with required state licensure or pending licensure
  • Strong commitment to supporting student success through evidence-based interventions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced school environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress
  • Deliver therapy sessions individually and in groups to target students unique needs
  • Maintain accurate records and data to comply with state and federal requirements
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate communication goals into the classroom
  • Participate in professional development to continually build your skills
