Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience with pediatric clients and school-based populations, including Pre-K through high school
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and state/federal documentation requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skillsability to work alongside educators, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels (Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
- Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving communication, language, and social pragmatic skills
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students educational and communication goals
- Maintain detailed records, prepare progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Educate and empower teachers and family members to support students progress
