Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-aged populations
• Expertise in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Knowledge of early childhood intervention and development
• Background in working with diverse student groups from Pre-K through high school
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Offer therapy services tailored to the needs of students at all grade levels
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Compile necessary documentation and progress reports in compliance with school requirements
• Support classroom integration and strategies for students with communication challenges
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as required
