Step into an impactful role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. Qualifications:
- Active California SLP Licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads highly valued
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for supporting student learning and development in a diverse K-12 setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student growth
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and state protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-focused goal planning
- Offer guidance and resources to families and educators regarding communication strategies
