  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of Michigan
  • Earned Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of students across all grade levels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with educators, families, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student communication success in academic settings
  • Maintain accurate records and stay compliant with state and district regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
