Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
• Experience working with pediatric populations, from pre-K to high school
• Ability to address diverse communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for interdisciplinary teaming
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Passion for engaging students at all developmental levels

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services in individual and group formats across pre-k, elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document student progress and update IEP goals as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment for all students
