Embark on an exciting contract opportunity supporting students across a diverse range of grade levels, from Pre-K and Kindergarten through high school. This position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who enjoys adapting their approach to meet the unique needs of learners at every stage, including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure to practice and appropriate certifications
• Experience or strong interest in working with students from Pre-K through Grade 12
• Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design innovative, individualized therapy plans
• Effective organizational skills to manage caseloads across multiple age groups and educational levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, and communication needs of students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement specialized therapy plans tailored to individual goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster successful student outcomes
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress tracking
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services and student progress
• Support school initiatives aimed at fostering inclusive, communicative environments
