This contract opportunity invites skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapies and evaluations for studentshelping them thrive academically and personally.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible state SLP license, with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Willingness to supervise Clinical Fellows (CFY) if required
  • Experience in pediatric and/or school environments is highly valued
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, progress monitoring, and documentation
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms for remote services
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct intervention, both in-person and via teletherapy for students in a K-12 population
  • Maintain thorough documentation to meet compliance and school district standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with teachers, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Track progress and adjust therapy techniques to suit each childs needs
  • Offer guidance or supervision to Clinical Fellows as needed
