Job Description

Youll enjoy working a consistent 37.5 hours per week within a collaborative team that values your expertise.

Available caseloads include:

  • Elementary (grades K-6) several positions focus on serving younger learners.
  • Developmental preschool (ages 3-5, not in kindergarten) a specialized role that may also include a small elementary caseload.
  • Secondary (grades 7-12 across two buildings) work with older students navigating new communication challenges.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Washington SLP license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification
  • Experience or a keen interest in school-based speech-language services
  • Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to supporting diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
  • Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to the success of each student on your caseload
