Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT WA credentials required
- Background in schools, pediatric therapy, and healthcare settings
- Experience or familiarity with teletherapy a plus
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY credentialing or equivalent pediatric experience preferred
- Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic occupational therapy services to students onsite
- Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor, sensory, academic, and self-care skills
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and speech-language pathologists to best support student outcomes
- Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $85.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
