Desired Qualifications:

• Active OT WA credentials required
• Background in schools, pediatric therapy, and healthcare settings
• Experience or familiarity with teletherapy a plus
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY credentialing or equivalent pediatric experience preferred
• Strong ability to communicate and build rapport with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic occupational therapy services to students onsite
• Conduct individualized assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions to address fine motor, sensory, academic, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and speech-language pathologists to best support student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families
