Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of IEPs, progress monitoring, and education-based service delivery
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and screenings to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Document progress and communicate results with IEP teams and families
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
