With a diverse range of communication needs in the caseload (well under the maximum cap of 65), you'll have the chance to build relationships and help young learners reach their fullest potential.
Desired Experience and Licensure:
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school environments
- Candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Demonstrated experience with IEPs, evaluations, and tailored treatment planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to PreK and elementary students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain compliant documentation and participate in case conferences and IEP meetings
