Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing speech-language pathology services to students in PreK through 5th grade. This assignment requires an onsite presence and covers approximately 55 students across multiple schools, offering an engaging and dynamic work setting.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active California Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
  • Open to SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and experienced pediatric SLP professionals
  • Background working in school or healthcare settings with children is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and administrators
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal development

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to PreK-5th grade students according to their IEPs
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate records, document services, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Deliver therapy across different grade levels and collaborate at more than one school site as needed
