Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing vital speech-language services to students from elementary through high school for the 2026-2027 academic year. You will work onsite full-time, supporting learners with a range of disabilitiesfrom mild to severein a collaborative school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist certification required
• SLP-CCC credential (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior experience working in school settings strongly preferred
• Skilled at providing services to diverse student populations, including those with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and adapting strategies for individual needs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services onsite to students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Conduct assessments, develop individual treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate records, data, and required documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Consult with teachers, families, and other educational staff to create effective learning and communication strategies
• Contribute to IEP meetings and goal planning as part of a supportive team
• Employ evidence-based practices and flexibility to meet a variety of student needs
