Required Qualifications:
Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathologist certification
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
Experience working with school-aged populations, including elementary, middle, and high school students
Strong background with a range of disabilities, from mild to severe
Passion for helping students overcome speech, language, and communication barriers
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students onsite
Write and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments
Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
Document progress and maintain timely, accurate records
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Provide support and guidance to staff and families to maximize student success
