Serve a caseload of approximately 55 students, each with unique strengths and needs, including those who are emotionally impaired, moderately cognitively impaired, and severely impaired. This is a chance to expand your expertise, broaden your clinical practice, and learn from experienced school professionals with diverse backgrounds.
Desired Background:
- Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Michigan SLP License
- Experience working in school settings
- Skills in SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services for a varied pediatric caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Employ evidence-based practices tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain timely documentation and communicate progress to staff and families
