Key Qualifications:
- Current Idaho Speech-Language Pathologist License
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) certification required
- Prior experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services onsite, serving a caseload of 15-20 students per week
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and document student progress accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated support for students
- Provide guidance, advocacy, and education to students, families, and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student programming
